The Foundry Training Center is our new home!
Ironwill Training and Evolution Strength & Conditioning has joined forces to create a one of a kind training facility.
The Foundry Athletic Training Center is the Edmonton's first Kettlebell & Grappling based gym. Along with being kettlebell based we have added a pure grappling school thru Rocca BJJ that is offering Brazilain Jiu Jitsu, No Gi Submsission Grappling and Catch Wrestling.
